It had very central location close to Blend. The breakfast was wide ranging with a great view and amazing filter coffee, as for instance, the overall atmosphere was comfortable.

Comfortable and fabulous hotel, luxurious rooms, bravo!

Fairly clean hotel, courteous and understanding team members from security in the gate to Manager. Fab location, busy area, short walk to the centre and Taj Club House for an event. Also, easy to get to Spencer's Plaza Shopping Mall.

The staff was very hospitable and knowledgeable, so I would book here again. My 2 nights in Chennai were excellent. The breakfast at the place was wide ranging and rich with good spread. The hotel was good modern and luxurious and in a very central location.

The area was quite noisy.

The location was good, just next door to Spencer's mall, the city centre next to Egmore and Chennai and easily accessible. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby.

I was here for 8 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant with indian food. Its location was marvellous and ideal, prompt on requests such as arranging transport for shopping or sightseeing, and in a busy area.

All in all, it's ideal place that has pleasant and exceptional staff especially at the reception desk. The location is great and ideal, 3 km from an urban beach.

We were so impressed with amazing service that would come here again. The room was spacious, it had flat-screen television, a mini bar fridge, and tea/coffee making equipment. The view was good, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was magnificent over the night club.

Great service, although a few employees were completely rude. The venue's position was very central. I thoroughly enjoyed the very very nice area around the hotel.

It had incredible location with access to Blend nearby. There was an excellent restaurant just a short stroll away from the hotel.

We would recomand this hotel, spent here wonderful 1 night. The venue was well presented and recently renovated, we thoroughly enjoyed its exceptionally helpful staff. The breakfast was complimentary and above average and there was plenty of good food. The location was convenient, not too far from an Indian museum.

Good breakfast, spacious clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Impressive pool and gym facilities. Staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. Special mention to Santhiya at reception. Overall a delightful experience. 👍

The coffee house service was very poor. The staff are just busy with their own thing.

Cold ceramic floor in the room - discomfort, no carpet in the area of sofas, very modern and old furniture.

The customer centricity at Taj Club House was outstanding. Despite a slight issue with my checkout date, the accounting/revenue team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Their flexibility and dedication to providing a great stay truly impressed me. I highly recommend this hotel.
